These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jago4d. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and that online gaming is not prohibited in your specific location or jurisdiction. Users accessing jago4d from restricted territories do so at their own risk and in violation of local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to users from any jurisdiction.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You confirm that you are not currently self-excluded from gambling services, have not been diagnosed with gambling addiction, and are not under any legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one account with jago4d. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Never share your password with anyone, and use a strong, unique password. To create an account with jago4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID or KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Before processing your first withdrawal, we will request documents including a clear photo of your Indonesian National ID (KTP) or passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID document. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business hours. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify jago4d of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We recommend using a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not access your account from public or shared computers.
jago4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other users. Reasons for account termination include but are not limited to: underage gambling, creating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, or providing false information. In the event of termination for cause, jago4d may forfeit your account balance.
jago4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically range from Rp 25,000 to Rp 100,000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must originate from an account in your own name.
Most deposits are processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within seconds to minutes. In rare cases, bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during high-traffic periods or outside normal banking hours. If your deposit does not appear within one hour, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests can be initiated through your account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000, and maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account status and verification level. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may face account termination.
Bonuses and promotional credits have expiration dates, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will expire after the stated period, and any remaining bonus funds will be removed from your account. All users must engage in fair play and sportsmanlike conduct. jago4d shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, internet service failures, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, data centers).
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll, setting personal limits, and gambling responsibly. jago4d is not responsible for gambling losses or any negative consequences arising from your use of our services.
All content on jago4d, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game displays, is the property of jago4d or our licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on jago4d without explicit written permission.
